- 80 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
Put the sugar and syrup in the pan. Mix until the ingredients melt and start to bubble.
- ¾ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
Then add the bicarbonate of soda and mix until it goes fluffy.
Pour the mixture into a tin with grease proof paper covering it.
Let it harden then break and ready to eat.
