- 8 g honey
- 5⅓ g sugar
Put the honey and the sugar in a pan and heat to make a caramel.
- 18⅔ g sesame seeds
Add the sesam seeds to the caramel and mix. All the seeds must have some caramel on them.

Put some oil on a baking paper and put the mixture on it. Put a second sheet of paper over the whole and roll it out using a rolling pin (~5mm).
Cut the mixture in small rectangles and let the dry for 5 minutes.
