Ingredients

chicken thighs (skin-on, for frying)
3 fl oz honey (for coating)
2½ cups almond flour (for frying)
2 fl oz Vegan egg batter
3 tbsp Greek seasoning
2 tbsp Garlic salt
3 cups olive oil (for frying)
1 tbsp McCormick's chicken herb seasoning

  • Step 1/3

    • 2½ cups almond flour (for frying)
    • 3 tbsp Greek seasoning
    • 2 tbsp Garlic salt
    • 1 tbsp McCormick's chicken herb seasoning

    Slice the tops of each thigh to help the seasoning and cooking go through thoroughly. Use your dry ingredients in a bag to mix or in a large mixing bowl.

    Get your ”eggs” (or regular eggs that is fine) in a bowl and whisk it nice till very smooth. Give your chicken a egg wash on both sides, pre-heat your oven to 375 at this point.

    Go ahead and pour your olive oil into your frying pan on medium-heat and fry just to crust. Transfer to oven for 35-45 minutes, add honey for last 5 on high broil.
