|50 g||pumpkin seeds|
|100 g||sunflower seeds|
|50 g||sesame seeds|
|1 tbsp||fennel seeds|
|½ tbsp||cayenne pepper|
|½ tbsp||smoked paprika powder|
|100 ml||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||agave nectar|
Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F. Beat the egg white in a bowl.
Add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, salt, cayenne, paprika, olive oil, agave, and Tabasco to taste to the bowl and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 170°C/340°F for approx. 25 min. Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
