Homemade savory granola

Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F. Beat the egg white in a bowl.
Step 2/3
- 50 g rolled oats
- 16⅔ g pumpkin seeds
- 16⅔ g pistachios
- 16⅔ g walnuts
- 33⅓ g sunflower seeds
- 16⅔ g sesame seeds
- ⅓ tbsp fennel seeds
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ⅛ tbsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 33⅓ ml olive oil
- ⅓ tbsp agave nectar
- Tabasco
- rubber spatula
Add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, salt, cayenne, paprika, olive oil, agave, and Tabasco to taste to the bowl and stir to combine.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 170°C/340°F for approx. 25 min. Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
