Ingredients

900 g flour (for breading)
1 package fresh yeast
600 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
200 g ham
400 g Gouda cheese
150 g black pepper-crusted deli ham slices
1 tbsp oregano
ketchup
1 head onion
pepper
2 tbsp tomato sauce
10 olives

    • 900 g flour (for breading)
    • 1 package fresh yeast
    • 600 ml water
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sugar

    Mix all ingredients to form a smooth mixture. Leave the dough to rise for the next 30 minutes.

    • 200 g ham
    • 400 g Gouda cheese
    • 150 g black pepper-crusted deli ham slices
    • 1 tbsp oregano
    • ketchup
    • 1 head onion
    • pepper

    Prepare the dough into the desired pizza shape (oval or square) then pour the ketchap all over the dough, sprinkle the oregano, mix one and the other ham, then add the cheese at the end. After 20 minutes of baking add the chopped onion and pepper as desired. Serve with olives and tomato.
