    • 5 g lemongrass
    • shallots
    • 1 cloves garlic
    • g ginger
    • 1 dried chilis
    • 1 tsp fish sauce
    • knife
    • cutting board
    • food processor

    Trim lemongrass and cut into small pieces. Add shallots, garlic, ginger, dried chilies, fish sauce, and lemongrass to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

    • 37½ ml vegetable oil
    • 50 g creamy peanut butter
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 10 g sugar
    • 75 ml water
    • frying pan

    Chop the peanuts. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Transfer the paste from the food processor to the pan and sauté for approx. 3 min. Add the peanut butter, chopped peanuts, salt, sugar, and water. Let simmer for approx. 3 min. or until it reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy!
