    • 8 g almonds
    • 8 g cashews
    • 4 g macadamia nuts
    • 4 g hazelnuts
    • 12 g sunflower seeds
    • 8 g sesame seeds
    • 5 g pumpkin seeds

    Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F. Put almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, and hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for approx. 10 min. In a large bowl, mix the roasted nuts with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.

    Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, then brush with some oil and set aside. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to 125°C/260°F. Add to the bowl with the nuts and mix immediately until very well combined.

    Transfer the nut mixture to the lined baking sheet. Cover the mixture with a second piece of parchment paper and smooth it out on top. Leave to cool for approx. 20 min., then cut into 20 bars with a large knife. Let the bars cool down completely before enjoying!
