50 ml white wine
500 ml chicken stock

    • 1 clove garlic
    • cutting board
    • knife

    Peel and finely dice onion and garlic.

  • Step 2/4

    • 50 g unsalted butter
    • 50 g flour
    • pot
    • whisk

    Heat butter in a pot, add garlic and onion, and sauté until golden brown. Stir in flour.

  • Step 3/4

    • 50 ml white wine
    • 500 ml chicken stock

    Deglaze with white wine and stir in chicken stock.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill into a sauce boat and enjoy!
