|250 g||cheddar cheese (grated)|
|2 tbsp||unsalted butter|
|250 ml||whole milk|
|½ tsp||cayenne pepper|
|½ tsp||smoked paprika powder|
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to combine. Gradually stir in milk and season with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika powder and salt.
Remove saucepan from heat, add grated cheddar cheese, and carefully stir until smooth. Enjoy!
