Homemade beef "sausage roll"

• ½ sheet puff pastry sheet

Cut puff pastry in small squares

Step 2/5

• 8 Beef meatball
• mozzarella cheese

Put meatball on to each square and roll into a small ball (add cheese)

Continue making the dough

Step 4/5

• ½ egg yolk

Brush egg yolk on to the dough balls, and bake in oven at 180C, for 30 mins

Step 5/5

Complete! Rest for 5 mins, ready to eat
