In a bowl, mash the banana. Add one egg and mix well.
Add one tbsp of plain Skyr, oatmeal and oat flour.
Cook the pancakes on medium heat (lightly grease your pan) for a few minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.
Add your favorite toppings: for a healthier version add some berries, or if you want a treat - add some freshly whipped cream and some dulce de leche.
