“I like to eat healthy, but sometimes I crave something better than oatmeal for breakfast. This recipe is just like having oatmeal but in the form of pancakes, so it’s like eating something nutritious without even noticing it. The pancakes are so fluffy and golden I could eat them all day, and if you add some fruit or chocolate, you’ll fall in love. Delish!”

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
