- 34 g rolled oats

Add the rolled oats in a blender and mix them well until you have oat flour.

- ⅜ very ripe bananas
- ⅜ eggs
- 22 ml Milk (any one of your choice)
- ¼ tbsp baking powder
- ⅜ tbsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt

Add all the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a thick texture.

Heat the frying pan to full heat And wait until it reaches full heat.

Spread coconut oil to the pan before frying each pancake. Use a ladle to count the portion for each pancake. Wait 1 min max and carefully flip the pancake using a spatula. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
