Grilled Flank steak with provenzal
Step 1/6
- 2 lbs flank steaks
- 15 fl oz milk
Put the milk in a bowl and put the flank in the bowl. Let the flank seat in milk for 45 minutes.

- 4 tbsp parsley
- 4 tbsp garlic
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
The flank should be a little more tender now after 45 minutes under the milk. Now prepare the provenzal. Chop the parsley and the garlic, put in a bowl and add the oil and salt. Let it seat for 15 minutes.

Spread the provenzal on both sides of the flank.
Step 4/6
The fire should be ready. We use charcoal and we will cook it slow for approximately 60 minutes. 25 to 30 minutes each side.
