Ingredients

1½ lbs jalapeños
3¼ cups water
2 cups onions
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp salt
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp lemons
1 tsp pepper

    • 1½ lbs jalapeños
    • 3¼ cups water
    • 2 cups onions
    • 4 cloves garlic

    Boil water with jalapeños, onions, & garlic.

  • Step 2/4

    Once boiled and softened, save a cup of the boiled water then drain the rest.

  • Step 3/4

    • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

    Put in blender, add oil until the color is nice and bright green.

  • Step 4/4

    Add Salt & pepper as directed or to your taste. Add lemon.
