Step 1/ 3
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 heads spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g spinach

Chop the broccoli, onion and out in the pot. Pour 3dl of water, add the rest of ingredients and cook till it's soft.
Step 2/ 3
- 20 g parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 tbsp skim milk
- hand mixer
When it is done, blend with the hand mixer, put it back on the stove and add milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 3/ 3
Once it is blended, it is ready to serve. this version is for a strict diet. If you are not following any diet program, at the end you can add a cooking cream (or sour cream), and also you can boil potato among other vegetables, to enrich the flavour.
