“This terrific Greek Yogurt Potato Salad with lemon juice and dijon mustard makes a flavorful, bright side dish! Serve warm or cold, and top it with whatever you like - a handful of green onions, chopped parsley, or fried, crunchy bacon! So, so good! My favourite! It’s creamy, bright, and just addictive!”
