- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients and stir until all is mixed well.
Step 2/3
Spoon the batter into even cakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the cakes, about 2 minutes.
Step 3/3
Using a spatula, flip the cakes over and cook until they are golden brown on the other side—about another 2 minutes.
