"Simple, delicious, and fast, this Greek soup is probably the easiest soup you'll ever make. You only need a few ingredients and you can do it all in 30 minutes! The classic Greek orzo pasta, which looks like grains of rice, makes this soup a rich dinner. Alternatively, other small pasta varieties could also work well here.     Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a large pot, fry garlic and onion until translucent. Then add tomato paste, fry for 1 min. Add the allspice, oregano, and chili flakes, fry briefly until fragrant.
