Cup of fresh dill

Cup of fresh mint

Cup of fresh parsley
3 cloves
Garlic
2 stalks
Scallion

Cup of Greek yogurt
200 g
Feta or cream cheese
125 ml
(Extra) virgin olive oil
1½ tbsp
Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp
Mayonnaise (optional)
Utensils
Knife, Blender or chopper or mixer
Step 1/ 4
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Scallion
- Knife
- Blender or chopper or mixer
Chop the garlic and scallion a little.
Step 2/ 4
Put garlic and scallion in a blender or mixer along with the vegetables, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, yogurt and cheese.
Step 3/ 4
Mix for about 3 minutes until smooth. No need for salt and pepper.
Step 4/ 4
Serve with bread. Enjoy it!
