Ingredients

1000 ml milk
eggs
canned sweet corn
3 tbsp flour
1 scoop cornmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
2 scoops sugar
2 tbsp butter

Utensils

  • 2 blenders

    Blend the eggs for 2 minutes

    • 2 tbsp butter

    Add the butter

  • Step 3/11

    • canned sweet corn
    • 3 tbsp flour
    • 1 scoop cornmeal

    Add corn 🌽, and dry ingredients

    • 1000 ml milk

    Add milk (if your blender is little, like mine, just put have of it, you can add the rest later)

    • 2 scoops sugar

    Don’t you forget to add the sugar. 2 cups for a very sweet creamy cake 🍰! “Oi” means “hi” in Brazilian Portuguese

    • 1 tbsp baking powder

    Put the liquid in a bow add the baking ponder (the rest of the milk) and mixed it up!

    Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan! At least 2 inches high (important: this is the secret for the creamiest cake)!

    Bake in a preheated oven for 45/50min

    Wait it cool down for bit! Slice it
