Grandma's Apple tart

- ⅓ apples
- ⅛ tbsp cinnamon
- 25 g unsalted butter
- frying pan
Pan the apples (low heat) with cinnamon, a tablespoon of sugar and the butter until the apples turns golden brownish

- 41⅔ g sugar
- 1⅛ tbsp plain yogurt
- 25 ml sunflower oil
- ½ eggs
- ⅛ pinch salt

After You're done with the apples let them rest in the pan, while you mix the eggs, oil, yogurt and salt together

- 66⅔ g flour
For the final step, pour the flour in the (step 2 thing) and mix well, then and the apples and mix again. Preheat the oven

Pour the final composition in the round shaped pan and put it in the oven at low heat for 50 minutes, to be absolutely sure it's done poke the apple pie with a long thin stick

Remove the tart from the pan and let it rest for 15 minutes then cut it in 12 pieces and serve! :)
