Pork lard

apple
2 tsp
Cinnamon
2 tbsp
pecans
2 tbsp
Ground gingerbread
1 tbsp
butter
1 tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
vanilla sugar
Step 1/4
- 15 tbsp beer
- 300 g flour
- 125 g Pork lard
- ½ tsp salt
Mix flour, lard, beer and pinch of salt together. With hands or in kneader. Then leave for 20 min. on warm place. (Not hot)
Step 2/4
- 1 kg apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Peel and grind apples. Ad lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
Step 3/4
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp pecans
- 2 tbsp Ground gingerbread
- 1 tbsp butter
Heat oven for 180. Divide Dough into two pieces. Roll Dough and Ad melted butter. Then grounded gingerbread and apples. Sprinkle with cinamon and pecan nuts
Step 4/4
Roll Dough with apples and again with melted butter. Put in oven for 30-40 min.
