- 200 g smoked tofu
- 8 tomatoes
- 4 leaves Spring onion
Chop tofu at cubes, add some herbs and fry a bit. Add choppef tomatoes and choppef spring onion and wait until tomatoes are soft.
Step 2/3
- 400 g gnocchi
Cook gnocchi.
Step 3/3
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
Add mozzarella to the sauce. Than add gnocchi.
