In salted boiling water add gnocchi and cook until they float on the surface (5-10minutes)
Rub the peeled garlic cloves up and down the grater until the garlic is grated or use knife to finely chop the garlic
At medium heat add olive oil and prevously minced garlic and fry for one minute
Add spinach, salt and pepper and stir until thawed (~2 minutes)
Add cooking cream to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes with occasional stirring
Add rinsed cooked gnocchi to the spinach sauce, mix and cook together for two more minutes
Serve with meat or fish or seafood as I did. Enjoy! :)
