- 16â g unsalted butter (room temperature)

- 23â g sugar
- 33â g rice flour
- 23â g starch
- â drop vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate

Make a ball with the dough, cover it with plastic film and leave it rest in the fridge for around 2 hours.

When the time is over, shape the dough on oven film in the form you want. Add chocolate chips as you want (you can place them in the upper part of the biscuits, inside/ embed them...

Introduce the baking sheet in the oven for around 15 minutes at 392°F (200°C) or until they are brown

Take out the tray and let the biscuits cold
