"Simple Yorkshire pudding recipe. You can divide it into a 12 muffin tray if you want smaller Yorkshire’s to serve more people. You can add different herbs to spice it up a bit for a roast dinner too."

pepper
1 dash
sunflower oil

- 140 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- bowl
Add the flour, eggs, milk, salt and black pepper to a jug or mixing bowl
Step 2/ 5

Whisk! whisk! whisk!
Step 3/ 5
- 1 dash sunflower oil
Put a dash of oil in 2 large circular baking trays and place in the oven to pre heat at 210c
Step 4/ 5
After 3-5mins pour the mix evenly into the trays and return to the oven
Step 5/ 5
Keep an eye on the oven 20-25 mins later for the desired finish and serve
