Baked salmon fillet with sage and walnut
Ingredients
Step 1/ 6
- 3 stalks sage leaves
- ½ clove garlic
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
Wash all fresh produce and measure according to the recipe. Peel the garlic clove and remove the stems from the sage sprigs.
Step 2/ 6
- 50 g walnuts
Chop the walnuts, garlic clove and sage leafs. Zest the lemon and cut the zest into thin slices.
Step 3/ 6
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
Cut the Parmesan into thin slices.
Step 4/ 6
- 250 g yogurt
- 1½ pinches salt
- 1½ pinches pepper
Mix all the ingredients with the yoghurt. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 5/ 6
- 400 g wild salmon fillets
Wash the salmon fillet.
Step 6/ 6
Place the salmon fillet on a baking paper sheet on an oven tray. Spread the yoghurt mix over the fillet. Place the tomatoes to the sides of the fillet.
