"We usually prepare this dish at our annual Christmas party for friends and family. Everyone, who likes salmon has loved this dish and was surprised how original it is through the addition of sage, walnuts and Parmesan. Given its simplicity, I now also prepare it for week-night dinners, when I invite friends over or to have a little pleasure for lunch at work. For these very reasons, I would like to enter this recipe for the Kitchen Stories cookbook competition. "
