chicken breasts
4 cloves
Minced garlic
1 tbsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
salt
½ tsp
Ground Black Pepper
¼ cup
olive oil
¼ cup
lemon juice

liquid measuring cup, Measuring Spoons, baking pan

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup lemon juice
    • 4 cloves Minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
    • liquid measuring cup
    • Measuring Spoons

    Mix all ingredients into large ziplock bag. For better taste substitute olive oil for avocado oil, and regular salt for rosemary salt.

    • 2 chicken breasts

    Add chicken to bag and mix well

    Put bag into fridge and let chicken marinate anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours. It is not recommended to let the chicken marinate for more than 2 hours.

    • baking pan

    Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place chicken into pan and pour marinade over chicken. Cook 15 min each side or until fully cooked.

    Enjoy! Served well with salad or steamed veggies.
