As Iwas preparing this for a dinner with friends, there was a gas leak on the street and I only had the electric oven for cooking. I used the a very hot oven (275C) to fry the vegetables l. reduced the heat to 180C fan and put the fish on top of the vegetables and baked 15 minutes. I agree with the previous comments, it was delicious, easy to prepare and everyone liked it. I added about 50ml of white vermouth as I was putting in the fish and it worked really well. Thank you for the recipe, I will be using it again.
