4Β½ cups all purpose flour (divided)
1ΒΌ cup of powdered sugar (divided)
1ΒΌ cup sesame or sunflower oil

1 tsp Nutmeg powder

    Mix 4 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of sugar and water in a large bowl and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover the dough and set aside to prepare the filling.

    Brush the cookies with the beaten egg. Sprinkle sorrels and make a few holes on each cookie with the tip of a knife or fork so that it does not swell and bake in a preheated oven at 180 Β° C for half an hour. Heat for 5 minutes on top (grill) until browned on the cookies.
