Prepare a pan on medium low heat (5 or 5.5 / 10). Make sure not to move forward before the pan is really hot and ready
Cook the pan cakes, use very small amount of butter, put butter in the pan, and then put around 80 gram or 1/3 cup of batter. Make sure not to spread the batter and keep it spread on its own. Keep it for around 90 seconds, should be ready to turn when you see the air bubbles on the top. Keep the other side for 90 seconds again. Repeat again with new piece of butter for each piece.
Stack 3 or 4 cakes for each serving
Optional add whipped cream, blue berries and cherries on the top. Or go golden classic with maple syrup and a cube of butter on top
