Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
In another bowl, add milk and egg yolks and mix well. Then add butter and mix well to combine
Whip the egg whites till it reaches a soft peak
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well
Carefully fold in the egg whites to the batter
Grease your pan with butter and add 2 big spoons of the batter and cover immediately
Wait until the surface forms bubbles and poke a toothpick to ensure the center has cooked
Flip it onto its other side on a plate. And repeat with the rest of the batter
Serve with butter and maple syrup, and berries on the side. Or Nutella, sifted sugar powder and bananas
