milk

- 2 partially brown banana
Mash the banana with something like a fork

- 8 tbsp flour
- 2 dash milk
Add the flour, milk and egg yolk. Yolk only! Save the white in a seperate smaller bowl

Whip eggwhites to soft peaks

Carefully fold in the eggwhites

Fry them on medium and flip when goldem brown. Don’t make them too big since they can break
