onions
200 g
canned whole peeled tomatoes
250 ml
fish stock
25 ml
white wine
½ tbsp
thyme
250 g
salmon fillets
50 ml
cream
½ package
dill

  • Step 1/3

    Peel and cut the onions. Add tomatoes, fish stock (wine) and thyme. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

  • Step 2/3

    cut salmon into bite size pieces and add to the soup. Boil for 5 min.

  • Step 3/3

    cut dill and and the dill and cream to the soup.
