avocados

cherry tomatoes
100 g
cucumbers

lime
50 g
yogurt
10 g
dill
10 g
parsley

Step 1/ 2
- 200 g Fennel
- 2 avocados
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g cucumbers
- 1 lime
Wash the vegetables and slice them in small pieces, use the half of the lime sliced in the salad if you want it to be extra sour (like me).
Step 2/ 2
- 50 g yogurt
- 10 g dill
- 10 g parsley
- immersion blender
Take the yogurt, dill and the other half of the lime squeezed for lime juice and blend together. You can pour this dressing on the salad.
