- 25 g butter
- 1¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 7 g active dry yeast
- 275 ml water
- 500 g Strong white flour plus extra for dusting
- 2 tsp sugar for added flavour and thicker crust

In a large bowel mix together flour , yeast , salt , sugar ans butter .
Knead for 10 minutes and let it raise in a warme place for 1 hour
Turn the dough into a lightly floured surface and shape the dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for another 45 min to 1 hour .
Score the bread with a sharp knife and bake it in the preheated over at 230 C for 30-35 min .
