Ingredients

pasta farfallette
1000 ml
water
250 g
smoked salmon
½ l
white wine
50 g
almond
50 g
walnuts
200 ml
cream
2 tbsp
salt
1 pinch
pepper
1 tbsp
nutmeg

Utensils

  • Step 1/ 10

    • 1000 ml water
    • pot

    fill a pot with water

  • Step 2/ 10

    • 250 g smoked salmon
    • knife

    cut the salmon into small cubes

  • Step 3/ 10

    • ½ l white wine
    • pan

    put some white wine into a hot pan

  • Step 4/ 10

    put the salmon in the pan with the wine and leave it in until the wine evaporates

  • Step 5/ 10

    • 200 g pasta farfallette
    • 2 tbsp salt

    when the water boils add a salt and then add the pasta

  • Step 6/ 10

    • 200 ml cream
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1 tbsp nutmeg

    put cream, nutmeg and pepper together and add it in the salmon leaving it in until the pasta is cooked

  • Step 7/ 10

    leave the pasta in for 8 minutes

  • Step 8/ 10

    add the pasta to the salmon and make it sauté in a pan

  • Step 9/ 10

    • 50 g almond
    • 50 g walnuts

    add grated almonds and nuts to the pasta

  • Step 10/ 10

    serve
