fill a pot with water
cut the salmon into small cubes
put some white wine into a hot pan
put the salmon in the pan with the wine and leave it in until the wine evaporates
when the water boils add a salt and then add the pasta
put cream, nutmeg and pepper together and add it in the salmon leaving it in until the pasta is cooked
leave the pasta in for 8 minutes
add the pasta to the salmon and make it sauté in a pan
add grated almonds and nuts to the pasta
