Enchanté chocolate cake

- 83⅓ g sugar
- 41⅔ g cooking oil
- ⅞ eggs
- 41⅔ g hot water

Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Grease a baking tin with the butter and a little bit of flour. Mix the sugar, eggs, hot water and cooking oil.
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- 41⅔ g Chocolate powder
- 83⅓ g flour
Then, add the flour, the baking powder and the powder chocolate to the previous mass and beat well.
Throw the mass to a baking tin and bake for 50 minutes.
Unmold the cake while still hot and let it rest for a while.

- 16⅔ g chocolate bars
Let’s do the chocolate frosting. Boil the cream and mix the chocolate still on the fire. Beat until it gets thick.
- Grated coconut
With the help of a spatula, spread the chocolate frosting over the cake and, after a few minutes, spread the grated coconut.
