2 cups whole milk
egg yolks
¾ cup sugar
1 cup bourbon

    Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar.

  • Step 2/3

    • 1 cup cream
    • 2 cups whole milk
    • 1 cup bourbon

    Once the egg yolks are creamy and smooth, add the milk, cream, and bourbon. Stir well.

  • Step 3/3

    Age in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Ideally 2+ weeks.
