- 1½ egg yolks
- ¼ cup sugar
Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar.
- ¼ cup cream
- ½ cups whole milk
- ¼ cup bourbon
Once the egg yolks are creamy and smooth, add the milk, cream, and bourbon. Stir well.
Age in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Ideally 2+ weeks.
