"My favourite recipe for quick breakfast or to serve to guest during big events. Prepare it ahead and treat with bread or stuff your favourite vegetables with it. Instead of onion you can use chives and sour cream is optional."

mayonnaise

    Cook the eggs (hard boil) and chop them

    Chop the rest ingredients to small pieces

    Grate cheese

    Bring everything together and add salt and pepper
