“My favourite recipe for quick breakfast or to serve to guest during big events. Prepare it ahead and treat with bread or stuff your favourite vegetables with it. Instead of onion you can use chives and sour cream is optional.”
Cook the eggs (hard boil) and chop them
Chop the rest ingredients to small pieces
Grate cheese
Bring everything together and add salt and pepper
Mix your salad evenly and serve with favourite vegetables or bread
