“A very easy to make egg mayonaise that is so versitile in how you can make it. You can cut the eggs chunkier or finer and add as little or as much salt, pepper and cayenne powder as you wish depending on how spicy you like it.”

Ingredients

Servings:-6+
eggs (large)
8 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
spring onion
2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
2 dashes salt
2 dashes black pepper

    Hard boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 7 minutes.

  • Step 2/4

    While the eggs are boiling, start finely chopping the spring onions.

  • Step 3/4

    Remove the eggs from the heat and wait for them to cool. Then peel them.

  • Step 4/4

    • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • 2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
    • 2 dashes salt
    • 2 dashes black pepper

    Chop the eggs into chuncks and mix together the eggs and remaing ingredients into a bowl and store in the fridge.
