Easy peasy pancakes
Utensils
hand mixer with beaters, ladle
Step 1/4
- 233⅓ ml flour
- 1 eggs
- ⅓ pinch salt
- 200 ml milk
- 66⅔ ml water
- hand mixer with beaters
Mix all ingredients together except the vanilla essence and the oil with an electronic hand mixer. Than sieve it through to make sure to get a smooth batter.
Step 2/4
- ⅓ tsp vanilla essence
- ⅓ tsp oil
- ladle
Add the rest of the ingredients and stirr with a ladle.
Step 3/4
Let it rest for 60mins. If you are in a hurry you can skip it also, I have tried and still worked out perfectly.
Step 4/4
Use a nonstick pancake pan, spray it with spray and cook, preheat pan on stove on high temperature. (Only have to spray the pan before the first pancake batter.) When pan is hot enough, use ladle to add batter. Turn down the heat to medium. (It does vary from stoves). When you see the batter bubbles turn it with a spatula, cook it a little longer. And voila it's done.
