- 455 g small shell pasta
- 840 ml whole milk
- pot (large)
in a large pot combine the pasta and milk and heat on a medium heat and cook until tender - this should take around 15 minutes

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- wooden spoon
once the pasta is cooked, remove from the heat and add butter, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

- bacon lardons
on the side fry the *bacon until it’s the way you like it. then add to the pasta * bacon doesn’t have to be used for example if your vegan you could add mushrooms.
Step 4/ 4
- Parmesan cheese
divide into bowls and serve with parmesan cheese. enjoy!
