Easy cinnamon biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- 73⅓ g Butter
Add your butter into a large mixing bowl and, using an electric mixer, mix on high until the butter is creamed
- 40 g Sugar (any kind), for graininess use granulated
Once your butter has creamed, add your sugar and mix with an electric mixer
- 39⅓ g Flour
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon
Slowly add in your flour and cinnamon, you can also add in some lemon juice for extra taste.
(If batter is too liquidy, add in more flour) Roll the batter into palm sized balls and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes Celsius.
Allow cookies to cool before eating, enjoy!
