Easy Apple Crumble
Ingredients
Utensils
1 nonstick pan (small), 1 rubber spatula, 1 knife, Large bowl, 1 spatula, oven, Baking tray (20x10cm), Strainer, spoon

- 4 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tbsp Cinnamon powder
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1½ apples
- 1 nonstick pan (small)
- 1 rubber spatula
- 1 knife
Apple Filling - You may use a pot or a pan. Put all the sliced apple into the pan. Add in Sugar, Cinnamon and the nutmeg. Stir them well. Let it boil and cook till the apples get soften.

- 62½ g Cold Butter
- ¼ tbsp Icing sugar
- 112½ g flour
- Large bowl
- 1 spatula
Flour Mixture: Cold butter - Dice them smaller. Add in Plain Flour. (You got to add the flour gradually) Add in the Icing Sugar. Mixed everything well till you can feel the flour is in a very crumbly consistency - Not too soft and not too dry. Once you done. Set it aside

Preheat - 200'C (10 mins) Baking - 180'C (25 -30 mins Adjustable)

Baking Step- Step 1: 1st Layer Take half of the flour mixture and place them into the baking tray. (you need to press them in little bit as we making the first base but do not over pressed it) Bake at 180'C - 10 Minutes. Step 2: Layer it with the cooked apple (Be sure to strain it first) Bake at 180'C - 5 Minutes. Step 3: 3rd Layer Put all the remaining flour mixture on top of the apple (Make sure its all covered and press them down little bit). Bake at 180’C - 15 Minutes. Rest it for 15 Minutes

Garnish Continue to boil the remaining cinnamon+apple juice earlier, till you reach the brownish and thick caramel consistency. By using a spoon, drizzle the caramel on top of the Apple Crumble in a Zig- Zag pattern or however you wish
