Easy apple cake

Step 1/ 8
- ¾ apple
- peeler
Peel the apples and reserve the peel. Cut the apples in 1 cm squares and reserve.
Step 2/ 8
- ¾ eggs
- 30 ml oil
- food processor
Add to a food processor the apple peel, the eggs and the oil. You should get a smooth mixture.

- 115 ml flour
- 2½ g baking powder
- 30 ml sugar
- ½ tbsp ground cinnamon

To a bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder and the cinnamon and mix together.
Step 4/ 8
Add the smooth mixture from the food processor to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix.
Step 5/ 8
Add the apple cubes to the mixture.
Step 6/ 8
Oil the cake pan and add the mixture.
Step 7/ 8
Put in the oven on 180 Celsius for 45mim
Step 8/ 8
Check if the center is cooked and remove. Let it cool down before removing the cake pan
