"Any type of lotus biscuit recipe gets eaten in seconds in my house so decided to incorporate the spread AND biscuits into a brownie. I know they were good as they all got eaten in the same day! "

    Preheat oven at 190 degrees C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

    Melt butter and dark chocolate over the hob. Let it cool slightly once all has melted.
