“Any type of lotus biscuit recipe gets eaten in seconds in my house so decided to incorporate the spread AND biscuits into a brownie. I know they were good as they all got eaten in the same day! ”

100 g Plain flour
40 g Cocoa powder
200 g chocolate chips
170 g Lotus biscuits
