Preheat oven at 190 degrees C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter and dark chocolate over the hob. Let it cool slightly once all has melted.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until pale and light.
Fold melted chocolate and butter mixture into the beaten eggs and sugar. Then once mixed, fold in the cocoa powder and sugar.
Pour in chocolate chips. Then break up biscuits into medium pieces and mix in.
With two teaspoons, dollop in Lotus spread (about 15-20 dollops) and lightly fold in.
Pour into lined baking dish and place pieces of biscuit on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
