Put 2 eggs into a big bowl. Then add sugar and oil in it.
Pour milk, self raising flour and baking powder into it. Then stir well until smooth.
Heat a non-stir pan over low heat, pour a spoon of batter into the pan, wait 1 minute, then turn and cook for another 30 seconds, take it out and let it cool down.
When it all cooling down, put red bean paste inside the pancake, the serve. That was so nice and delicious for toddlers’s afternoon tea too.
