    • 5 strawberries
    • potato masher

    Mash strawberries using a potato masher. Mash until very fine pieces.

  • Step 2/4

    • ½ banana

    Add in banana and continue to mash.

  • Step 3/4

    • ½ natural yogurt

    Stir in 1 cup of yoghurt and mix until well combined.

  • Step 4/4

    Pour mixture into containers and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
